From a boy to a MAN!
time passes really fast.. after blogging about vday, then i went to my cousin's wedding, zy's cousin's birthday chalet, study period, study, exams, study, exams.... then chalet!!! first its my class chalet at chevorns, then my sister's bday chalet at ns safra, then girls & ++ chalet at the same place.. haha.. so much of study, so much of mahjong, so much of fun..
today, i went to attend dear's enlistment day at tekong. there is only one thing that i can say. and that is: IT LOOKS SO MUCH LIKE A CHALET!!! hahahaha!! the beds are thick, the rooms are clean and well ventilated, everything is so nice. from what his dad says, it is totally different from what was in the past. this orientation seems like first day to a poly. haha. all buildings are well structured and there is an auditorium as well! cool! facilities may be there but lets just hope the people there are nice. or to say, the ppl he will be making friends with. hope they would be nice.
Oh. there was a lady who was super omgomgomg! kept asking questions, thinking that her son is still 12 yrs old. questions will be in form of: what time do they have to wake up/sleep? can they call the parents? can my maid come and iron his clothes? can i have all the phone numbers of the officers? and the most cracking question/joke was: is there a weekly progress report? OMG!!!! i almost fell from my chair! even poly students do not have a weekly progress report. moreover its ns enlist. Even zy mum said she will ask the mother to shut up if she was the son. OH! and you know what the officer answer her? officer: we do not provide a progress report. But your son can give you a daily progress report everyday through phone! while he was saying, i could feel he feels like laughing and slamming the lady at the same time. WAKE UP! time to be a man!!
This is a journey of transforming a boy to a man! changing of personal habits, attitude and character. no sadness now seriously! only hope everything will turn out good for him. Take care baby! listen to instructions hur! love you!~
